Refund Policy

At Knight Scoops, we are committed to providing excellent pet waste management services. We understand that sometimes plans change or services may not meet expectations. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which we offer refunds and how we handle service cancellations.
By using our services, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be requested under the following circumstances:

Service Cancellation: If you cancel a scheduled service in accordance with our cancellation policy (outlined below).

Service Quality Issues: If the service provided does not meet the agreed-upon quality or expectations, we will work to address the issue. If a satisfactory resolution is not possible, a refund or partial refund may be issued.
2. Cancellation Policy

Residential Services: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance of the scheduled service date to be eligible for a full refund. If you cancel after this time frame, a cancellation fee of $10 may apply.

Commercial Services: Cancellations for commercial services must be made 30 days in advance. For cancellations made within 7 days, a fee of 25% of the service cost will be charged.
3. Refund Process

Reason for requesting a refund
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If your refund is approved, we will issue the refund using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase.
4. Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer a partial refund based on the amount of service completed. For example, if only part of a scheduled service was performed, a partial refund may be provided.
5. No Refunds for Completed Services
We do not offer refunds for services that have already been completed to the satisfaction of the customer. If you are not present at the time of service or do not inform us of any dissatisfaction within a reasonable time, we will not issue a refund.
6. Late Payments
If a payment is not made on time, we may suspend or terminate our services. Services will not resume until the outstanding balance is paid. We do not offer refunds for services that are delayed or canceled due to non-payment.
7. Changes to Services
If we need to reschedule or alter the scope of services due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, pet owner availability), we will notify you as soon as possible. We will offer you the option to reschedule the service, and no refund will be issued unless the service cannot be completed within a reasonable time.
8. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued via the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and appear on your account.
9. Exclusions

We do not offer refunds for missed services due to customer non-compliance (e.g., inaccessible properties, failure to provide necessary instructions).

We do not provide refunds for services where the pet waste was not accessible or was not found, unless an error occurred on our part.
